1- LEA Resume Desk: automated capture of e-mail or paper resumes

LEA CV Desk intervenes upstream from your HR or recruitment management systems.

How it works:

LEA CV Desk automatically extracts data from a batch of resumes and enters it in standardized forms. Applications from qualified candidates are immediately and directly integrated into your resume database, along with the complementary parts of the application file (original resume, covering letter, other attached documents…).

The e-mail option analyzes the e-mail accounts to which the job applications are sent and automatically transmits them to LEA CV Desk, along with the complementary parts of the application file (original resume, covering letter, other attached documents…).
 
The OCR option enables you to process resumes submitted in paper format. LEA CV Desk drives the scanner and digitizes the content of the resumes through character recognition.

2- LEA CV Web: automated generation of forms based on resumes

LEA CV Web targets corporate websites.

How it works:

Candidates are requested to attach a resume when they reply to a new job posting. LEA CV Web takes over from there, analyzing the content of each resume submitted and automatically entering the data a standardized form. The form is then returned to the candidate who is asked to confirm the entries and/or to fill in any supplementary information that may be required to process the application.

3- LEA CV MailToWeb: online management of job applications generated by ads

LEA CV MailToWeb is a service that can be accessed through the Internet. It enables candidates to submit their applications by e-mail, and offers recruiters the possibility of channeling job applications according to the ads that generate them.

How it works:

Recruiters provide a separate e-mail address for each ad through an easy-to-use administration interface. Applicants are asked to reply to the ad by sending their resume directly to the specified e-mail address. Data from the resume is automatically entered into a special form. LEA CV MailToWeb then sends the applicant an e-mail reply containing a link and a password to access the form.

The job application forms are automatically uploaded into the resume base according to the ads to which they correspond.
