The fields can be configured so that they are adapted to your specific needs when the software is installed. If you want to integrate the solution directly into your existing HR or recruitment management system you may need assistance from your system provider. However Lingway has strong working partnerships with the major HR and recruitment  software providers and integrators, who have significant experience integrating Lingway products into client systems. 2- What type of job application formats are taken into account? What about the complementary information provided with the resume? All types of application formats are taken into account, whether digital or paper: e-mail, files on hard disks, paper, forms. LEA Resume can capture data and analyze all the main digital formats: WORD, RTF, PDF, HTML, TXT… All the information contained in the application file will be retrieved in the resume database of your HR or recruitment system: resume, covering letter, other attached documents, as well as the job reference number. 3- I already have an e-mail management system, so what’s the advantage of having LEA Resume MailToWeb?
